Veracious and Wild Illusion, both entered for the QIPCO 1000 Guineas, and Rajasinghe, who holds an entry in the QIPCO 2000 Guineas, will all take part in public workouts at Newmarket’s Rowley Mile Racecourse before the middle day of the three-day bet365 Craven Meeting gets under way there tomorrow (Wednesday, 18th April).

Wild Illusion will get the ball rolling at 12.15pm. Trained by Charlie Appleby, last year’s Prix Marcel Boussac heroine will be ridden by William Buick and will work over seven furlongs with one lead horse.

At 12.30pm it will be the turn of Sir Michael Stoute’s Veracious. This Frankel half-sister to the Group winners Mutakayyef and Intimation ran away with a Rowley Mile maiden race last October and will be partnered by Frankie Dettori over seven furlongs.

Finally, at 12.45pm Rajasinghe will be ridden by Michael Hills in a seven furlong gallop with one lead horse. Trained by Richard Spencer, Rajasinghe won the Group 2 Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot last season.

The second day of the bet356 Craven Meeting will commence 65 minutes later at 1.50pm with the first of its eight races, the Weatherbys General Stud Book Handicap.
